Ist Response Site Service dedicated Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) department provides our team members with comprehensive safety training, support and checks in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and approved codes of practices, standards and guidance and our own internal safety policies. We also partner with our clients' to develop site specific safety procedures to ensure maximum hazard and accident prevention.  

In everything we do, we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s and our own SHEQ requirements.

Ist Response Site Service operate a comprehensive Health and Safety management system covering the whole range of our service delivery. It robustly deals with removal of residual risks to our employees and those affected by our operations in a number of ways, including Specific Health and Safety Plans; Company Wide Audit Matrix; Detailed Specific Method Statements; Risk and Task Based Risk Assessments.

The company also operate a number of proactive safety based incentive schemes. Our safety management team ensure that changes in legislation and best practice are communicated in an efficient and timely manner to all employees. To date the company boasts an exemplary Health and Safety Record.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Ist Response Site Service have a quality management system that has been verified and certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, the policy of the company is to maintain and improve its reputation for quality service whilst providing services of an unrivalled high standard that will merit and earn client satisfaction in a competitive market. The Quality of the company's goods and services will not be secondary to any considerations that may adversely affect its contractual obligations.  

The company stresses the importance of quality service to all company personnel. All personnel are involved in carrying out the Quality Policy.  Additionally we operate a continuous improvement scheme as part of our quality management system.

The management of the company is committed to a policy of Quality Assurance throughout the company's activities, but specifically ensuring that the product quality satisfies the specific contractual obligations of all customers together with the current specific Standards of Quality, also the relevant Health and Safety requirements and any other relevant schedules which may augment these standards.
COMPLIANCE
Ist Response Site Service has exacting in-house procedures compliant with the HSE Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR2012). Our fully trained and highly experienced SHEQ and compliance team monitor and audit all asbestos projects.  Company owned plant and equipment is fully tested before use and being deployed to site and is therefore fully compliant to current standards; BS85201/2/3.  Regular in-house training and external seminars ensure staff are informed of all new legislation and guidelines.
 


TRAINING AND PERSONNEL SELECTION

To ensure the ongoing competence of all employees FRSS operate several systems that include a full matrix covering professional, safety related and trade training. New recruits undergo thorough assessment including interview, reference, competence checks and trade tests where deemed necessary.

All employees are assessed on an ongoing basis as part of the process. The company maintains a trade database at its Head Office which is regularly updated covering previous, current and potential employees.
